Gina Ferrante
Founding partner
Gina handles firings and discrimination cases, and tries most of the firm's cases that go to a jury.
Gina started the firm after eight years defending employers at a downtown firm, where she learned how companies build a file against an employee. Now she takes that file apart. She grew up in Bloomfield, the daughter of a union electrician and a school cafeteria manager.

How Gina works a case
Gina reads the employer's side first: the reviews, the write-ups, the emails about you that you've never seen. Most cases are won or lost on whether that paper holds up.
She'll tell you early if she thinks a case should settle, and what number she'd take to a jury instead.
