The lawyers

Three lawyers, one side of the table

Every case has one of us as your lawyer from the first call to the last check. The other two read the file too.

  • Gina Ferrante in a camel blazer beside an office window

    Gina Ferrante

    Founding partner

Firings and discrimination cases, and most of the firm's trials.

  • Stefan Kostelnik in a dark short-sleeved shirt against a white wall

Unpaid wages and overtime, often for whole crews at once.

  • Tamika Royster at her desk with a stack of papers in front of her

Harassment and retaliation cases, and the Saturday consults.

How the work gets done

We keep the firm small so the lawyer you meet is the lawyer who works your case. Your lawyer returns your calls, writes your demand letter and sits beside you at every deposition.

We work only for employees. That means no conflicts with the companies you worked for, and it means we've seen how they defend these cases from the other side of a lot of tables.

Meet the lawyer who'd take your case

The first conversation is free, on the phone, by video or at the office on Butler Street.

No attorney fee unless we recover money for you. Case costs, like filing fees and deposition transcripts, are separate; your written agreement says who pays them and when.
