Tamika Royster

Associate

Tamika handles harassment and retaliation cases, and meets new clients on Saturday mornings.

Tamika joined the firm after clerking for a federal magistrate judge, where she read employment cases from the court's side of the bench. She grew up in the Hill District and worked retail through college, so she knows what a schedule that changes every week does to a family.

How Tamika works a case

Tamika starts with a timeline: every comment, complaint and change to your schedule, with dates. It's the document the rest of the case is built on.

She'll help you decide how to keep working there, if you want to, while the case goes forward.
